The pricing will be financially friendly, which is great for families!
Apart from the meals included in your fest ticket light fare, snacks and grab and go items will be available for purchase.
30. Gaufest is primarily cashless
Purchases at the Biergarten and Food Tent will require credit or debit cards. Contactless payment options, like Apply Pay & Google Wallet, are accepted.
Some small items, such as pretzels & tips, will require cash purchases. There is an ATM available on the club premises.
Various delicious cakes by HEINZ will be available for purchase!
🍺 BEER is included with your fest ticket on THURSDAY evening, FRIDAY evening, SATURDAY evening, at the SUNDAY picnic and at the farewell party!
In addition to the beverages included in the ticket price, a for-purchase bar will be available for any of your favorites not already included in the ticketed package.

Bands
Workshops
Gather, learn, & enjoy all festival long with these informative workshops. The Gauverband Education Committee and the hosts of 30. Gaufest have collaborated to host a variety of workshops with unique subject matter.
Social Media Challenge & Scavenger Hunts
Pictures, Reels/Video can be posted to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. Should include the 3 hashtags above PLUS one specific to the topic for the challenge.
Be creative! Not everything needs to be posted during the Gaufest, but the material must be Gaufest-related. Multiple entries in all topics are welcome.

This can be completed any time over the weekend, so find a time that works for you person festival schedule!
This challenge is about observing nature! Be careful and do not touch any wild plants or animals that could hurt you.
Festzelt
The Gaufest will follow a traditional schedule with most events held in the Festzelt. Some events will be held inside in the Deutsche Halle.
The Festzelt will open earlier than the start of each event allowing everyone to arrive, settle in and enjoy camaraderie.
There’s so much planned for Gaufest that we decided we’re getting a bigger festival tent!
That means more room for dancing, music, singing, card playing, workshops, and camaraderie! It also means there’s more room for YOU!
The elevated stage is hand constructed by carpenters using wood products with excellent stability and seamless panels for preis dancing. The dance floor will be a minimum of 40ft x 40ft (with handicapped accessibility).
Exterior Portable Air-Conditioned restrooms and interior handicapped accessible restrooms will be available.
Gifts
The Enzian Volkstanzgruppe & the United German Hungarians are honored and to have such cherished friendships with fellow clubs for many a year.
There is a tradition at festivals like this 30. Gaufest for those friends to bring gifts to the hosts.

-the Delaware Saengerbund Waldsee Language Scholarship
-the Werner Fricker Memorial Fund benefiting the United German Hungarian Cultural Group
