All reservations can be made directly with the desired hotel, using the group identifiers below.
Rates below are exclusive of 11% Hospitality Tax which will be added to each room each night.
Transportation will be available from all hotels listed below.
If you choose to book outside the room block or at another hotel, transportation will not be provided.
Rest assured that we will have sufficient hotel space for all guests. In the event that a block or hotel sells out, we have negotiated for additional rooms to become available. Please be patient as we work with our lodging partners to release additional rooms.
